Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Course license

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for your individual learning. You may not share, resell, or redistribute course content without written permission.

Refunds

Video courses: refunds within 14 days if less than 20% of content is consumed. Workshops and Live Cohorts: refunds up to 7 days before the start date. We process refunds to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
• No harassment or abuse within community features.
• No attempts to bypass access controls or copy-protect mechanisms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, videos, PDFs, and design elements, is owned by Freshlane Petals Studio or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-party services

Payments and some analytics are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their services, though we select reputable providers.

Disclaimers
